About Us
Endeavour Theatre Company is an amateur theatre group established in 1991.
Whether your passion is acting, directing, behind the scenes, or even set building, there’s a role for everyone at Endeavour.
We are a small, friendly social group who also put on a couple of plays a year at our home at Hamersley Recreation Centre, Hamersley.
Our History
2000
Until 2005, most performances were held at the Wanneroo Civic Centre (later Wanneroo Hall). After it was demolished to extend the Wanneroo Shopping Centre, we moved to Apex Hall in North Beach.
2005
LotteryWest supported us in our early years with three consecutive $3,000 grants to purchase sound, lighting, and set-building equipment, and again in 2005 with $10,000 for new lighting at our North Beach venue.
2012
When the Apex Hall was demolished in 2012, we moved to our current home at Hamersley Recreation Centre, where rehearsals and performances take place.
2021
We celebrated Endeavour Theatre Company’s 30th Birthday with a party for past and present members.
2026
Our group continues to thrive with two seasons a year, regular social outings and a steady stream of new members, ensuring there’s a role for everyone, on-stage or behind the scenes.
